First Panic Attack....I think

Okay...
So I think I had my first panic attack EVER, at school today.
It was weird because I was totally fine but while I was editing my essay I started to get this small headache.
It didn't bother me until it got worse later. After I finished editing my essay I tried to print it out but my flash drive was apparently "corrupted." Then I started feeling nauseous like I was going to throw up or something. I started to sweat and I felt like I was burning up. I had to sit down on the floor for awhile.
